The Amadeus Ensemble
Our full wedding band, the Amadeus Ensemble will play for your ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing. Comprised of lead vocalist, drums, violins, viola, cello, and jazz trumpet, our versatile wedding band plays top 40 tunes along with classic rock, jazz and Broadway. Make your wedding special with musicians providing the excitement of live music for dancing. Whatever your entertainment needs, the ensemble will see to it that the music is perfectly tailored to match the style and tone of your event.
The Amadeus Quartet
Our most popular group, the Amadeus Wedding Quartet, performs all of the standard wedding music as well as the string quartet literature, Broadway musical medleys, European salon music, tangos, jazz standards, operatic favorites, holiday music and popular classical melodies from the baroque through romantic periods. The quartet has a lush, full sound ideal for weddings in outdoor as well as indoor settings, restaurants, churches, temples, museums, hotels and resorts, private homes and many other venues. We offer everything from elegant and unobtrusive background music to more animated, lively music for receptions and open houses.
Variations on our standard ensemble of two violins, viola and cello include adding solo trumpet, or substituting one of our violinists for a flutist to add a unique tone color to the ensemble. A singer can also be added to the group for the ceremony.
The Amadeus Trio performs much of the same repertoire as our quartet including all of the standard wedding music, operatic favorites, holiday music and popular classical melodies, but with special emphasis on baroque repertoire. The Amadeus Trio is particularly well-suited for weddings, indoor settings where the music carries well and as background music for cocktail receptions and dinners. Variations on the standard trio of violin, viola and cello include flute/violin/cello and violin/guitar/cello.
The Amadeus Duo is excellent for events where a compact ensemble is needed or where the event demands a more delicate sound. The duo performs a wide range of baroque, classical, popular and romantic literature, wedding standards, operatic medleys and popular classical melodies. The standard duo is violin/cello, but other duos include two violins, violin/viola, flute/violin, or violin/guitar.
Our violin/harp duo brings you beautiful violin/harp music. This combo boasts a huge repertoire ranging from baroque through contemporary popular music, but specializing in romantic repertoire, French Impressionistic pieces and elegantly arranged pop standards. Harp combos include violin/harp, violin/cello/harp, flute/violin/harp and flute/violin/cello/harp.
Solo Violin, Solo Cello, Solo Piano and Voice
Solo violin, piano or cello provides a beautiful backdrop for an intimate dinner with friends, a special celebration, a small wedding, or a holiday church or temple service. Our violinists perform baroque partitas, classics, improvisations on favorite classical melodies and Broadway tunes and standards. Our cellist offers Bach cello partitas, favorite classical/operatic melodies and much more. Our pianists and singers perform jazz classics, Broadway standards, and light classical music.
